Refund policy
Keep your proof of purchase handy and make sure your order is within 30 days of the delivery date.
Sale, special orders, installed, modified or made to order items cannot be returned.

Once agreed via email, please send back to us with tracked postage. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for missing or damaged parcels.
Once we have received items we will liaise with you regarding an exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances. We will do our absolute best to accomodate you, but please remember we are a small family business, not a large corporate company.
If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us with photo's at cabinetrycandyco@gmail.com. However, if the item broke during installation unfortunately we cannot replace items.
